May 15, 2025, marks the 19th “Government Transparency Day” across the province. Centered around the event theme of “Deepening Government Transparency and Supporting Decisive Victory,” the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Service Center took government transparency as an opportunity and, in conjunction with the promotion of Shenyang’s science and technology innovation policies and the needs of enterprise support services, conducted a special research and field visit. The company targeted in this survey was Pengcheng Micro- and Nano-Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. The purpose of the survey is to publicize the achievements made in building Shenyang’s science and technology innovation platforms, the sharing of resources among science and technology infrastructure platforms, and the implementation results of the innovation voucher policy. It also aims to promote the collaborative development of Shenyang’s science and technology intermediary service alliance, further optimize the business environment, and help enterprises achieve breakthroughs in innovation.

May 15, 2025, marks the 19th “Government Information Disclosure Day” across the province. Centered around the event theme of “Deepening Government Information Disclosure and Supporting Decisive Victory,” the Shenyang Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Service Center took government information disclosure as an opportunity and, in conjunction with the promotion of Shenyang’s science and technology innovation policies and the needs of enterprise support services, conducted a special research and field visit. The company visited this time was Pengcheng Micro- and Nano-Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. The purpose of the visit was to publicize the achievements made in building Shenyang’s science and technology innovation platforms, the sharing of scientific and technological resource platforms, and the implementation results of the innovation voucher policy. This initiative aims to promote the coordinated development of Shenyang’s science and technology intermediary service alliance, further optimize the business environment, and help enterprises achieve breakthroughs in innovation. The team was led by Xie Yangyang, Deputy Director of the Center, and included staff from the Department of Basic Research and Platform Services.

On May 9, the research team visited Pengcheng Micro-Nano Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pengcheng Micro-Nano"). The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pengcheng Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pengcheng Semiconductor") and serves as a benchmark enterprise in Shenyang City for tackling key core technologies in the integrated circuit equipment industry chain. Its independently developed multi-source, large-size molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) equipment has achieved domestic self-reliance and controllability, providing crucial support for overcoming bottlenecks in the semiconductor materials sector. During the调研, the team learned that the Pengcheng Micro-Nano Technology Innovation Center established by the company was recognized by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau in 2024 as the Shenyang City Technology Innovation Center. The research team briefed the company on relevant policies, including the performance evaluation indicators for Shenyang’s science and technology innovation platforms, the city’s science and technology infrastructure platforms, and the innovation voucher policy. At the same time, the team collected and organized information on the company’s development status, production processes, and specific needs, so as to facilitate the subsequent implementation of tailored service matching based on actual conditions.

Application of Magnetron Sputtering Technology in the Preparation of Core Thin Films for Key Components in Medical Imaging

In the ongoing evolution of modern medical imaging technology, magnetron sputtering has become a core process in the field of thin-film fabrication and is widely used in the manufacturing of critical components for medical imaging.

Principles, Classification, and Applications of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Technology

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is an advanced surface engineering technology that, under vacuum conditions, uses physical methods to convert a target material into gaseous atoms, molecules, or ions, which then deposit onto the substrate surface to form a thin film. Since its development in the early 20th century, PVD technology has become an important technique in modern additive manufacturing and functional coating applications, owing to its advantages such as environmental friendliness, controllable costs, minimal consumable usage, dense and uniform film properties, and strong adhesion between the film and substrate. PVD can be used on demand to fabricate functional thin films with properties including wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, insulation, piezoelectricity, and magnetism, and is widely applied across various industries, including mechanical, electronic, construction, and medical sectors.

The TGV glass through-hole technology has achieved a significant breakthrough, and its application prospects continue to expand.

Recently, TGV (Through Glass Via) technology has made significant progress in the fields of materials processing and micro- and nano-manufacturing, drawing considerable attention from the semiconductor, advanced packaging, and emerging electronic device industries. With its outstanding electrical performance, high-frequency characteristics, and three-dimensional integration capabilities, TGV is emerging as one of the key technologies for next-generation high-density interconnects.

Diamond: Possessing potential that surpasses existing semiconductor materials, with an even broader range of future applications.

Diamond is used as a semiconductor material—and some scholars even hail it as the “ultimate semiconductor material” and the “ultimate room-temperature quantum material”—owing to its unique physical and chemical properties. Diamond is an ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductor that boasts exceptional electrical, optical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics. These properties give diamond broad application prospects in numerous fields.
