Job Responsibilities:
1. Design the electrical system according to the equipment’s process requirements and draw the electrical system schematic diagram.
2. Prepare electrical documentation and drawings for equipment, including: electrical bills of materials/layout diagrams/wiring diagrams, and assembly process instructions.
3. Develop equipment control programs (PLC), touch-screen programs, and KingView configuration software according to process requirements, and conduct simulation testing.
4. Develop methods or standards for determining the quality of materials and finished products to provide a basis for quality inspections.
5. Guide the production department in installation and testing, assist in quality control, and continuously optimize processes and reduce costs.
6. Debug the equipment according to process requirements, and during the debugging process, record any issues and data, and conduct a thorough analysis.
7. Provide guidance to after-sales technical support staff.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in mechanical, electrical, or automation-related fields, and familiar with control theories such as PID.
2. Possess more than 3 years of experience in electrical design.
3. Familiar with electrical design principles, materials, and processes; familiar with industrial buses such as RS485/232/ModbusTCP/EtherCAT. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in industrial heating furnace operations.
4. Possesses strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as good hands-on abilities; demonstrates excellent safety awareness and technical training capabilities.
5. Strong ability to structure logical thinking, with a strong sense of learning and high learning capacity;
6. Possesses strong team spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills.
