Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage in the design of non-standard equipment or vacuum equipment, and complete drawings and technical documents throughout the mechanical design process.
2. Complete the preparation, filing, and distribution of drawing designs, production processes, instruction manuals, and related technical documentation;
3. Participate in product prototyping and testing, resolve issues arising during the prototyping process, and improve the product to meet its performance specifications.
4. Assist the production department with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance; resolve technical issues arising in production and provide technical support and training.
5. Responsible for production technical services and technical improvements for established products.
6. Technical support for procurement, production, and other related processes;
7. Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design, automation, electromechanical engineering, or a related field;
2. More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design; experience in semiconductor equipment development is preferred.
3. Possesses a solid theoretical foundation and extensive knowledge and experience in the design, production, and testing of precision-machined components.
4. Possesses strong manual dexterity and is proficient in completing equipment assembly and testing.
5. Proficient in various mechanical design software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, and others.
6. Responsible, highly self-motivated, and able to travel on short-term business trips.
